Questions, answered

Everything new riders and drivers ask us.

Is Conneti safe?
Yes. Every driver completes KYC — government ID, driver's licence, vehicle papers and a selfie — before they can accept rides. You see the driver's name, photo and plate before pickup, and can share your live trip with family.
How do drivers get paid?
You pay the driver directly — cash on arrival, or a bank transfer to the driver's own account. Money never passes through Conneti, so there's nothing for us to hold or deduct. Drivers keep 100% of every fare.
What if the driver cancels?
No charge. You can request a new ride immediately. Repeat cancellers are automatically flagged and reviewed by our team.
How does 'set your own fare' work?
You tell us where you're going and offer what you're willing to pay. Nearby drivers see your offer and can accept it, decline, or counter with their price. You pick the one you want.
Which cities is Conneti in?
We launched in Benin City, Warri, Asaba and Sapele, and we're adding more Nigerian cities every month. If your city isn't live yet, sign up — we'll notify you when drivers come online near you.
Do I need the app, or can I use the website?
Both work. Install the Android app from Google Play for the fastest experience, or use conneti.ng directly in your browser — same features, same account.
Can I drive on Conneti part-time?
Absolutely. There are no minimum hours. Go online when you want to work, go offline when you don't. Earn on your schedule.
Is Conneti available 24/7?
Rides are available whenever there's a driver online near you. Our busiest hours are 6am–11pm; nighttime availability varies by city.
